Akuros electric stackers are designed for lifting, stacking and transporting palletized goods in warehouses, logistics centers, production facilities and retail storage areas.
Compared with an electric pallet truck, an electric stacker can lift pallets to rack levels. Compared with a counterbalance forklift or reach truck, it normally requires less operating space and can provide a more economical solution for low- to medium-level pallet stacking.
The correct stacker should be selected according to the maximum pallet weight, load center, required lift height, residual capacity, mast type, aisle width, turning space, pallet bottom structure, floor condition, travel distance and daily operating frequency.
Walkie stackers are generally suitable for shorter travel distances and moderate handling cycles. Platform or ride-on stackers are more suitable when operators travel longer distances or complete frequent pallet movements throughout the shift.
Pallet compatibility must also be checked carefully. Standard support-leg stackers are usually better suited to compatible open-bottom pallets, while straddle-leg or counterbalanced configurations may be required when support legs cannot enter beneath the pallet.
